New Member: Lara Rutskin Martin

Lara Rutskin Martin recently joined Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate
Company. She is dedicated to helping her clients buy and sell their own piece of
paradise, she said. “We are here to assist you with all your real
estate needs,” she said. Lara said her business philosophy is simple
and her motto is “Every Day Until It’s Sold!” Known as “Sunshine” to her friends, Lara has been visiting the Florida Keys since the day she could hold a fishing pole. She spent her summers and vacations on Summerland and Sugarloaf keys and in Key West. “I have a wide knowledge and passion for living life in ‘Paradise,’” she said. Lara specializes in the market ranging from Key West to Marathon. She is a member of the Marathon Chamber of Commerce.
