Crane Point Museum and Nature Center recently hosted a Volunteer Thank You party on the deck of the Museum located at 5550 Overseas Highway in Marathon.
Dozens of volunteers contribute hundreds of hours at the 63-acre hardwood hammock throughout the year as trolley drivers, museum docents, fundraiser participants, school field trip assistants and general maintenance throughout the property.
For the first time, trolley tours have been available through the tourist season every day of the week with as many as four tours on some days.
We are currently seeking trolley drivers for the summer months. It is a great way to meet people from all over the world and to learn and share the importance of preserving and promoting environmental stewardship and the heritage of the Florida Keys.
