MICHELE COOK

Michele began her career as a Certified Public Accountant working in both public and private practice where she focused on taxes. Needing a change, she left her position as partner in a small firm in north Florida. She followed her passion for real estate in 2003 when she became a state certified real estate appraiser. First working in the Jacksonville Beach area and then in the Vero Beach area. Her love of real estate and her passion for the Florida Keys led her to purchase and also manage several small rental properties in Marathon beginning in 2011. Recently she moved to Marathon full time in December 2016 and joined Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate in January of this year as a real estate sales associate.
