Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts are comprised of functional movements executed at high intensity. All workouts are designed to be scaled according to the client. Meaning a first timer and also veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.

Power & Strength
Our Power & Strength program consists of traditional movements including barbell complexes, auxiliary work and also workouts. These classes are slower paced, as the program is designed to improve form, technique and also flexibility executed at higher volume workloads. These classes are great for clients looking to strengthen and tone.
The main component of this program is our Concept 2 rowing machines. The workouts change daily and incorporate body weight movements, as well as core-based exercises. We recommend this endurance training for clients that are looking for a low-impact style workout, with a focus on strength and also muscular endurance.
Active and Aging
A class geared toward the older adult; designed to improve functional fitness so struggles with daily activities become a thing of the past. Every class will include a cardiovascular, resistance and mobility/flexibility component.
Olympic Weight Lifting
Our Olympic weightlifting program consists of technical barbell movements including the Clean and Jerk and also Snatch. Athletes program is created based on the individuals goals. Some clients may want to increase their volume with these movements, while others have an interest in competing and improving form. All levels of athletes are welcome.
This program is designed for high school and college athletes looking to increase overall performance in their respective sport. All programming designed is available based upon the upcoming sports season (i.e. summer program will focus on fall sports). Classes are available every afternoon during the week days.
