The Marathon Games has its five local contestants picked for the First Round of Games taking place June 22-29.  Four out-of-area contestants have been picked, and the search is still on for a fifth.

Qualifications for being an out-of-area contestant are –

  1. At least 21 years old
  2. Able to compete in all the various water and land sports and activities taking place
  3. Never been to The Florida Keys before.

Any out-of-area person wishing to apply to be one of the out-of-state contestants needs to send an email to ConchRecords@ConchRecords.com, send a message at www.facebook.com/TheMarathonGames, or call (305) 304-1892

There will be no cost to the contestants for meals, sleeping arrangements, or any of the activities taking place – courtesy to our local businesses, organizations, and residents.
