FREE IMMERSE YOURSELF PRESENTATION- AQUACULTURE IN THE KEYS

Islamorada: Join the History of Diving Museum as it hosts Ken Nedimyer, founder of Reef Renewal International and Technical Director of Reef Renewal USA. In this presentation, Ken will discuss the events that led to the development of the Florida Live Rock Aquaculture program, and go into the process of developing a live rock aquaculture farm in the Florida Keys. He will also discuss how an exemption in the live rock aquaculture program opened the way for the development of Florida’s first offshore coral nursery in 2002. Presentation will be both in-person and virtual, and take place at 7 PM on December 17th at the History of Diving Museum, 82990 Overseas Hwy (MM 83 Bayside).
